A note from Ervin

There's a difference between having expertise and making your expertise visible. You can spend 20 years becoming excellent at something and still be relatively unknown outside your immediate network. That's the credibility gap.

Your experience exists. But other people need a way to discover it, understand it, and remember it. That's one reason books can be powerful.

A book forces you to articulate: What do I believe? What have I learned?

What's my methodology? Where do I disagree with conventional wisdom? What can I teach someone?

What do I want my name associated with? I've gone through that process myself. If you have the expertise but haven't packaged it yet, let's find your book.
